A small glimpse of what mid-May may offer, when flowers are allowed to grow in their own time.
For this course we will work with local and Italian-grown flowers, sourced from flower farms and regions that follow natural growing cycles — not industrial, chemically treated flowers available year-round.
Because we choose to work with what nature truly provides, the exact selection cannot be fixed in advance.
However, mid-May often brings iris, peonies, and many other seasonal blooms — all harvested at their moment of greatest beauty and vitality.
Whatever the season offers, the flowers will be fresh, expressive, and gathered at their fullest natural splendour.
